Agreement
By downloading or using Big Text LED Banner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Sublicense or sell access to the App
Subscriptions
Big Text Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
- Weekly: $0.99 per week
- Yearly: $9.99 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
Free Features
The App offers basic functionality for free, including text display, font size control, and preset messages. Premium features (scrolling text, flash mode, and additional colors) require an active Big Text Pro subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to display content that is offensive, threatening, harassing, or illegal.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
