How do I show my message full screen?
Tap the preview to type your message, then tap Show banner. Turn your device sideways for the largest text. Tap the screen once to close the banner (if the display is locked, hold Hold to unlock first).
Will my screen turn off while the banner is showing?
No. Auto-lock is paused while a banner is on screen and returns to normal when you close it.
I bought Big Text Pro on another device. How do I get it back?
Tap any Pro feature, such as Scroll, Flash or Save current, to open the Pro screen, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Big Text and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
